potential for additional coverage. The PA will handle all ER cases
in a dynamic environment with a 15% admission rate and minimal
patient transfers. This role also requires adaptability to varied

• Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages and
conditions • Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute
illnesses and injuries • Perform medical procedures and interpret
diagnostic tests • Collaborate with physicians and
interdisciplinary teams for patient care • Manage patient flow and
prioritize cases based on severity • Maintain accurate and timely
medical records using Epic EHR • Adhere to all hospital policies
and emergency medicine best practices • Demonstrate flexibility in
scheduling and assignment duration • Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and continuing education Additional
