management. Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Role Scope
This is a hybrid position in office and assisting in the OR.
Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Role Scope The APP will
work in an ambulatory setting. Patient management will include new
patient consults, short- and long-term post-operative follow up,
and coordination of patient care across multiple disciplines.
In-office procedures will include skin and soft tissue mass
excision and some complex wound care. This opportunity will require
working in our main office in Shelton and multiple satellite
offices potentially including Bridgeport, Wilton, Fairfield, and
Milford. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with
system quality initiatives. Shift: Monday through Friday day shift
(8 hour shifts) or possible flexibility with 4 - 10-hour shifts.

Advanced Practitioner Requirements · Graduate of an accredited
Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Master’s program preferred
· Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a Physician Assistant /
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of
Connecticut · Certification or eligible to be certified as a
Physician Assistant or National Board Certification as an
ambulatory Nurse Practitioner · Clinical experience in surgery,
weight management, or nutritional services strongly preferred We
