• Lead projects through both Design and Construction phases.
• Communicate directly with clients, A/E teams, builders, stakeholders, and user groups.
• Oversee and ensure quality and consistency in design, construction, and all project aspects.
• Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the work.
• Manage administrative tasks including progress reports, submittals, requisitions, and change orders.Qualifications

• Proven excellence in leading at least five (5) healthcare-related projects representing the organization's interests.
• Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official (MCPPO).
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management.
• Experience in healthcare facility renovation/construction.
• Strong communication skills across various project levels.
• Expertise in project administration, budget, and schedule management.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Strategic problem-solving skills.
