consolidation of experienced staff from LiRo and Hill
International's Northeast divisions under Global Infrastructure
Solutions Inc. (GISI), LiRo-Hill now comprises approximately 1100
employees across offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester,
Boston, Needham, MA, and Metro Park, NJ.Responsibilities
- Lead projects through both Design and Construction phases.
- Communicate directly with clients, A/E teams, builders,
stakeholders, and user groups.
- Oversee and ensure quality and consistency in design,
construction, and all project aspects.
- Provide technical evaluations, advice, and guidance.
- Monitor and manage project budgets.
- Coordinate with adjacent projects impacted by the work.
- Manage administrative tasks including progress reports,
submittals, requisitions, and change orders.Qualifications
- Proven excellence in leading at least five (5)
healthcare-related projects representing the organization's
interests.
- Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official
(MCPPO).
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related
field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Project Management.
- Experience in healthcare facility renovation/construction.
- Strong communication skills across various project levels.
- Expertise in project administration, budget, and schedule
management.
- Strong technical and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask
effectively.
- Strategic problem-solving skills.
- Certification from the American Society of Healthcare Engineers
(Healthcare Construction Certification).Additional Benefits and
