independence. Ready Set Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to
join us as an ABA Therapist. In this role, you will provide
one-to-one assistance to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) within a vibrant and supportive group environment.
We have openings in our locations in Tilton NH, Manchester NH or
Concord NH!!This is an amazing opportunity to work with children

Responsibilities:Collaborate with a Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied
Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.Support children in reaching
their full potential across various settings: school, home, and
community.Participate in activities such as conducting circle time,
centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group
motor activities, and crafts that directly support each childs

including preparation for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
certification (20 hours provided by Ready Set Connect).Opportunity

diploma or equivalent.Clear background check.Minimum of 1 year of
childcare experience.Previous experience with autism is
advantageous but not required.Physical Requirements:Ensure student
safety, including implementing Safety Care procedures as
necessary.Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and intervening
physically if needed.Comfortable sitting on the floor for extended
periods and able to quickly respond to childrens needs, including
running short distances.Typical Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am
- 5:00pm (Flexible working hours 7:45am-5:15pm) and one Saturday
