Job Description:
A company is looking for a US Medical Affairs Operations and
Planning Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end operational activities for vendor management and
consulting agreements
Collaborate with teams to implement new systems/processes and
provide project management support
Maintain detailed trackers, dashboards, and cloud-based filing
structures for team documents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs preferred
Intermediate to advanced competency with digital applications,
including Microsoft Suite and project management tools
Experience in project management preferred
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
