IHBS In-home Behavioral TherapistBay Coast Behavioral- Braintree, MA- $60,000 - $70,000 -The Position: **Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply!**With flexible hours, a competitive starting pay, and a cohesive 'family-like' work environment, a therapist at Bay Coast Behavioral will use their Master's level education to serve as a provide clinical supervision while collaborating with other paraprofessional staff for behaviorally-based services.Our mental health professionals develop treatment plans and supervise a therapeutic team while ensuring the effective implementation of all in-home treatment and programming for clients on their caseload.This part-time position for a Behavior Management Therapist is responsible for adhering to professional and legal requirements and principles as well as always demonstrating sound professional judgment.
