Your Role as an RN

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Silver Creek Manor, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care by:

Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assisting residents with daily activities to promote comfort and well-being.

Collaborating with the nursing team, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.

What You Need

Active RN license in Rhode Island or a compact state.
