Please apply today for an interview and please remember to bring your smile!Hours: Full Time, 40 hours, Monday -- Friday 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm (or similar hours, must be flexible)Pay rate range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on education, certifications, and experience.Job Description: Multi-functional role, providing administrative, front desk and billing duties to ensure excellent quality of care to patients.Responsibilities of the Medical Office Representative:Providing excellent customer service to our patients and our teammates, understanding demographics Insurance verification Prior authorization & referral Collecting deductibles, co-pays & co-insurance, balancing cash drawer and reconcile end of day Answering phone calls with patient inquiries Confirming insurance information Data entryScheduling appointments, Faxing and using EMR software, Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Must be commutable to all Aspire offices as needed, and participate in a minimum of a four office rotation Qualifications of the Medical Office Representative:Associate's degree, OR: 2 years' experience in a healthcare administration setting preferredStrong computer skills; Must be able work with various computer programs effectively and efficiently, including but not limited to, Windows 10, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook, and Google Chrome/Firefox.CPT/ICD 10 coding40 WPM; A typing test will be givenCOVID19 and Influenza vaccines are mandatoryProficient in spelling and grammar of English languageReliable transportation is a must.Attention to detail and ability to utilize skills interchangeably to all areas of medical practice Knowledge of Medical Terminology/Anatomy preferredAbility to interact in a highly professional manner with patients, co-workers, and supervisorsBenefits available to the Medical Office Representative:401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceAD&D insurancePaid time offEmployee assistance programEmployee discountOpportunities for advancementOn-the-job trainingScrubs will be providedFor more information about our practice, please visit us at www.aspiredermatology.com First shift, Monday through Friday40Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly WagePI3acc8a8843e0-25660-34764663
