We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus Job Summary:To provide administrative and clinical supervision to clinicians and students who are assigned by the Clinical Director. Provide individuals, families and groups with the service necessary to enable them to improve their immediate situation and improve personal and social functioning.Family Service Association is currently seeking a full time (35 hours per week) Clinical Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Center which will be seated at our Corporate office in Fall River, MA. The hours are Monday - Friday 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Review quality of care and monitor clinical problems and issues in supervision caseloads and make recommendations to clinicians for action.2. Review and address administrative problems, such as quota, paperwork, etc., with clinicians as requested by Clinical Director.3. Participate in all supervisory meetings.4. Serve as a member of the Multidisciplinary Team along with psychologists, nurses and psychiatrists.5. Act as liaison between administration and clinicians. Enforce agency policies with clinicians, and convey clinicians concerns to administration.6. Participate in relevant community activities as requested.7. Participate in Quality Improvement Process.8. Prepare written evaluations of supervisees and recommend salary increases, promotions, demotions, or dismissals.9. Maintain contracted quota of clients.10. Respond to reasonable expectations of the Agency and/or supervisor.Education and Experience:Master Degree from an accredited School of Social Work; or Masters Degree in Psychology, Therapy or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited school.
