We are searching for a Physical Therapy Assistant for the VNA to work with patients to prevent disability, relieve pain, develop, improve or restore motor function and maintain maximum physical, emotional, social and mental performance within the person#s capabilities. Hours: 40hrs (full time) Shift: Day Shift## 8:00am-4:30pm#### w/weekend # holiday rotation Travel:# Will require driving. Education and/or Experience Requirements: ## An Associate#s Degree in Physical Therapy is required. Two (2) years of related experience required. Home care experience preferred. Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs preferred.
