Our trusted team offers comprehensive, sustainable solutions for complex building enclosure challenges.Job Summary: As the Vice President of Operations, you will be an integral part of the executive leadership team, collaborating closely with Corporate, Marketing and Sales, Finance, and Human Resources departments. Your primary focus will be on administering operations to provide the oversight, timely reporting, and resources required for the efficient and effective delivery of top-notch services by our operations staff, while upholding exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering new and repeat business. Additionally, you will supervise budget planning and work-in-progress consultations with the Finance team, proactively eliminating obstacles to accomplish the company's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities: - Promote a trusting environment that fosters employee growth and embodies company culture and core values as a member of the executive leadership team. - Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, Finance and Human Resources departments to achieve strategic goals and remove obstacles. - Working in conjunction with operations leadership, lead, manage, and ensure accountability among operations staff. - Monitor adherence to Operations SOPs, updating and retraining as needed. - Produce bi-weekly Unanet production forecasts and provide weekly reports to the Executive Team. - In conjunction with operations leadership and key technical staff, support staff development, providing feedback on employee performance and conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews. - Align operations' quarterly objectives with company Road Map. - Assess staffing needs, recruitment, hiring, training, and terminations in collaboration with Group Leads and Human Resources. - Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively. - Ensure operational staff productivity and timely deliverable creation. - Manage and oversee Unanet PM dashboard and operations staff KPI's. - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and standardize solutions in Operations. - Implement policies and procedures to enhance daily operations. - Maintain a working knowledge of all BES services. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, or related field - 5 - 7+ years of experience in the building envelope or similar industry - Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism - Comprehensive understanding of building envelope services - Prior supervisory/management experience preferred - Familiarity with Unanet, Deltek, and EOS is a plusPI229369215
