Responsibilities:The Project & Change Management Consultant can
serve as both the project and change management lead and will be
responsible for the successful execution FM Global strategic
initiatives (both non-technology and technology).
Responsibilities Include:Project & Change ManagementEstablish a
strong project structure that has clear ownership and
Orchestrate effective execution to deliver in alignment with either
iterative/agile or sequential/waterfall methodologiesManage
resource capacity to ensure all resources are used efficiently and
Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor for project
Build and own a strong project plan, coordinate and arbitrate
cross-functional dependencies and issues within the team, and
across key stakeholders, including Senior Management and
Lead, support, coach, inspire and motivate project team and provide
direction by prioritizing focus areas, defining deliverables, and
ensuring measurable results.
Proactively anticipate, identify, track and resolve project risks
and issues; ensure project team and leadership is aware of status
Estimate, monitor and control project financials (includes budget,
forecasts and actuals); proactively work with PPM and leadership to
address financial risks/issues.
Apply a structured approach to design and execute a change strategy
and plan that drives the readiness and adoption required.
Lead change management activities and create actionable
deliverables for the five change management levers: communications
plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance
Ensure project and change management best practices are leveraged
for execution and standards are utilized throughout the execution
lifecycle; ensure consistent artifacts are delivered across all
Continually measure the success of our change adoption efforts and
Champion and promote the use of Project Management and Change
Management standards and best practices across the
Assist in building out and improving the Project & Change

- 5+ years of experience in project management and change
management roles with successful track record of leading
large-scale projects over multi-year timeframes
- Experience operating within a corporate environment and
building out new approaches, artifacts and strategies to improve
project and change implementation
- Experience leading projects that drive organization wide
changes and large and demonstrated strength as change champion
- Experience implementing projects that contain hybrid delivery
approaches (both iterative and sequential delivery)Skills
- Leadership: Create an environment where the team is inspired,
engaged and motivated. Help the team identify and remove barriers
that get in the way of progress.
- Planning & Organizing: Demonstrate a logical, systematic, and
orderly approach to establish structure and drive alignment
necessary to deliver desired results. Able to monitor team

performance, risks, and issues.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to challenge conventional thinking,
ask the right questions and identify opportunities to prepare for
future eventualities. Proactively implement plans and contingencies
to address future needs.

partnering skills, especially in terms of navigating FM Global
organization to coordinate across a large and varied set of
