Supply Chain Sensors Strategy Lead is responsible for partnering
with factory leadership and subject matter experts across the
enterprise to understand future demand signals and other leading
indicators, identifying strategic business opportunities and
challenges, and developing creative and innovative solutions to
realize desired outcomes. This position serves as an integrator
between program and factory operations, working to set priorities
and support long term growth plans. This role will also support
various cross-business and cross-functional strategic initiatives
as required, serving as a key interface for Operations across
factories, strategi business units, and other functions and
businesses. The successful candidate will leverage a network within
Operations and with other subject matter experts to deliver
integrated and balanced solutions. The ideal candidate will be a
motivated self-starter with the ability to build and influence a
cross-functional network. What You Will Do: Support Make/Buy Where
Discussions and Policy & Process Improvements Translate future
demand and capacity data into organizational objectives and factory
requirements Create and implement a factory strategy, identifying
key drivers and critical areas for innovation within the factories,
supported by corresponding roadmaps Support a robust capital
investment plan to support long term growth Work within a matrixed
team in multiple locations Problem solving to bridge production
realities to financial commitments Partner on the planning and
oversee strategic process improvements and facility upgrade
projects Use data analytics to develop strategic solutions and
present those solutions to senior leadership. Qualifications You
Must Have: Typically requires a university degree or equivalent
experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An
Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with Program or Factory execution
and/or experience with factory layouts, capacity modeling or space
utilization Experience with developing a business
case/ROI/financial analysis or other general financial
inputs/metrics to program or factory projects The ability to obtain
and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is
required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: 12
years of progressively responsible related experience (e.g.,
strategic planning, business case development, program/project
management, manufacturing or industrial engineering) Experience
with policy/process development Experience with Make/Buy Where
Experience with data analysis Experience with establishing metrics
around goals/activities and reporting periodic progress and results
Experience developing or participating in the development of
strategy, roadmaps or future state goals Prior work experience
managing a capital or facilities expense project or general budget
management Experience participating and collaborating as part of a
cross-functional or cross-enterprise team Business Development,
Finance or Supply Chain Management experience Experience with IPDS
process and gate reviews, and experience with Lean Application/CORE

250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate
representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as

these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a
variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual
performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s
performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful
candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay
structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application
