This role is pivotal in developing structural designs that not only meet client needs but also adhere to safety standards and sustainability practices. Our ideal candidate is someone passionate about infrastructure projects and enthusiastic about delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment. Design structural components for complex engineering projects, including bridges and civil structures. Coordinate with project teams to ensure design specifications align with client requirements and industry regulations. Perform structural calculations and analyses using industry-standard software and methodologies. Prepare and review structural engineering plans and documentation. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure constructions comply with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to solve design and construction challenges. Assist in the mentorship and development of junior engineers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering. Proficiency in structural engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detailed knowledge of industry-standard construction practices and safety regulations. 401k PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred. SE (Structural Engineer) certification is an advantage.
