Job Description:

As the Development Engineer, you will lead new product development for a wide array of products. You will use product and project management skills alongside lean manufacturing and continuous improvement throughout your day-to-day tasks.Client DetailsMy client is a world leader in producing specialty products used in plastics applications around the world. This company manufactures products for well known, reputable companies that rely on their innovative technology.DescriptionReporting directly into the Regional Technical Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

• New product development and project management tasks and responsibilities
• Work cross-functionally with customers, engineering, quality, sales, production
• Oversee full product lifecycle from design to manufacturing
• Coordinate product development timelines
• Assess NPI initiatives
• Contribute to technical evaluations of equipment
• Collaborate with teams to implement necessary processes and methodsProfile
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline required
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, product development, NPI
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management
  • Experience in CNC machining, assembly, molding
  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing is preferred
