Because we have some of the most talented people in the world!We are searching for a Senior Network Engineer to perform a wide variety of duties involving the development, planning, installation, and maintenance of Local Area Networks (LANi 1/2 s) and the Wide Area Network (WAN) used by Southcoast Health System and affiliated organizations. Work as a member of the Network Team and work in close cooperation with MIS Directors, other Technical Team members, Engineers, Project Leaders, other MIS staff, and end users in resolving network-related problems. Lead and aid individuals of varying job grades; motivate & manage as needed during IT projects and various computer operations. All supervision over other employees in the same or related classifications where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.

• Travel: Driving on average 3 or more times per week required
  
  Education and/or Experience Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related fields or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • Strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Five years related work experience in implementing, documenting, and troubleshooting Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN networks to ensure high availability.
  • Experience with Citrix Netscaler, and Infoblox DNS/DHCP appliances.
  • Extensive Cisco routing and switching experience, including BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, and L2/L3 architectures. SD Networking and SD WAN Experience a plus.
