Job Description:
C Squared Systems, LLC is an RF engineering, consulting, and

implementation of DAS systems and Wi-Fi networks to remote

Site Portal®, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by
C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex

developed and the demands of our customers change. Controller
Location: Auburn, NH Level: Experienced/Manager Description: The
Controller is responsible for the company's financial plans and
policies, accounting practices and the maintenance of all fiscal
records. This position oversees the timely monthly close of the
General Ledger, consolidation and reporting of financial results,
and the development of and compliance to internal controls. This
position includes responsibility for the day to day management of
the accounting staff. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures accurate and timely
financials are in compliance with GAAP standards Responsible for
establishing and ensuring compliance of internal controls in
accordance with best practices and anti fraud standards Develops,
implements and maintains the monthly closing calendar Oversees
monthly financial statements and closing package Coordinates and
prepares the annual budget and financial forecasts Performs monthly
financial reviews and documents significant variances from budget
and forecast Identifies anomalies, over spending and/or areas of
potential savings efficiency that can be obtained or achieved to
enhance company profits Ensures financial accounts are properly
supported and reconciled Coordinates with external accountants for
the annual review of financial statements and timely submission of
all data for tax filings Ensures compliance with all federal,
state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes and
regulations Oversees all accounting functions including AR, AP,
Payroll and GL. Prepares or oversees timely reconciliations of cash
and functioning loan activities through the accounting records.
Directs the daily activities and the career development of team
members including staff performance reviews in accordance with the
company’s annual review process Oversees the preparation of all
sales and use tax filings. Identifies new jurisdictions as they
arise as well as payroll filings by state. Directs revenue
recognition in compliance with GAAP Ensures the integrity of the
internal job costing system Oversees the fixed asset system and
control of these assets Establishes a capitalization limit for the
company Involvement in banking, bonding (where necessary) and
insurance related renewals Assists in the annual strategic planning
process for the organization Job Requirements BA/BS degree in
Accounting Minimum of 7 - 10 years of related experience Public
Accounting experience preferred (CPA preferred) Working knowledge
of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Working
knowledge of accounting best practices, procedures and internal
controls Ability to work independently without direction or
supervision Desire and ability to be a hands on contributor
Excellent management and leadership skills with a natural sense of
ownership for projects and duties Excellent communication skills
Excellent technical and computer skills Working knowledge of
software revenue recognition Exceptional organizational, time
management and customer service skills Ability to identify problems
and recommend solutions Ability to work well with others
