As a Contract Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a contract position with a minimum term of three months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciling vendor statements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
• Perform month-end close activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Provide support to the finance team as neededQualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable management or related field
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
