trouble free
running of Lidder Machines, Palletizer Machines, or Label Spooler incorporated within the Cup Pack out processing department.Lidder MachinePrimary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned. Ability to read and understand daily production schedule Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions Notify management when running low on materials Ability to diagnose issues within the machine, to clear out cup jams and breakdowns, understand how to reset, rehome, and jog machine Responsible for learning all aspects of Lidder Machine, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments Ability to identify product variation to set up machinery in a timely manner.PalletizerPrimary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other responsibilities w/ similar skill and work conditions as assigned. Ability to read and understand daily production schedule Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions Ability to hand palletize, follow pallet configurations, monitor number of pallets Understanding basic math and have clear handwriting Ability to diagnose issues within the Palletizer machine, to clear out cup jams and breakdowns, understand how to use the screen and g et machine back up and running Responsible for learning all aspects of Palletizer Machine, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments Ability to identify product variation to set up machinery in a timely manner. Capable of operating Walkie Stack after proper training and certificationsLabel SpoolerPrimary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following.
